DIMO Castings Chennai Plant is equipped with 4 Pressure die casting machines ranging from 660 Ton to 1000 Ton capacity, to manufacture around 2400 metric Ton of components per year.

The in-house facility also comprises of Impregnation, Leak testing, Shot blasting, Buffing, Part Washing.

Inspection facilities consists of Spectro analyzer, Surface Tester, Leak testing machine, Porosity tester, Thermal camera.
