P. MUTHUKRISHNAN

MD, DIMO CASTINGS PVT.LTD.

This erudite and passionate leader has been at the helm of the organization since 2005, while being embedded in the system since 1997. Following the legacy of late Mr. S. Pathmanaban, Founder - DIMO Castings Pvt. Ltd, who started the company in 1984, Mr. Muthukrishnan has lent significant focus to innovation, technology, process and growth under his leadership.

The organization has grown manifold in size, manpower and technology with his commitment to bringing in better systems, planning and certifications. In his own words, “I realize every day is an opportunity for learning and growth which has instilled a conviction to make DIMO a world class foundry”.

He believes that his educational background provided a strong support to handle growth and challenges in the past two decades. A consistent allegiance to development as a team has enabled DIMO to be at the forefront and be the most preferred supplier and the best foundry in the aluminum die-casting space. He adds, “we have many big dreams and milestones to reach as we cruise along the growth curve of DIMO”.

Jayanthi has been leading the organization as Director, since 2008. Her core proficiency being architecture, her commitment in DIMO castings has been towards infrastructure building, development and maintenance which has been a key imperative in the organization’s expansion, in response to enhanced demand. She has been instrumental in managing the entire design, development and establishment of new factories in Hosur, Chennai, Mysore and Shoolagiri. With the support of the experienced team at DIMO, she has been instrumental in making their dreams a reality in brick & mortar and continues to do so.
